RightStart Interschool Triathlon Champions 2015 Crowned

St. George’s, Grenada – April 07, 2015: Republic Bank congratulates the winners of the Tri de Spice “RightStart Interschool Championships” held Easter Sunday April 05, 2015. Approximately 200 athletes from both primary and secondary schools across Grenada and Trinidad competed in the three-dimensional sport of swimming, cycling and running.

The 28th annual event, put on by the Grenada Triathlon Race Committee attracts athletes from as far as France. This year, our local junior athletes were privileged to compete with a group from the St. Joseph’s Convent, Trinidad. We salute the following winners in their respective categories:-

• Junior Boys – Westmorland School
• Junior Girls – Westmorland School
• Senior Boys – Grenada Boys’ Secondary School
• Senior Girls – St. Joseph’s Convent, Grenada

The Bank’s contribution of $7,500.00 covered the cost of medals, trophies, refreshment, t-shirts and a special Easter treat for the participants.
