Only shareholders who have registered for the meeting, are on record as at February 18, 2022 and verified by Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited, will receive an email with the login link to virtually attend the 38th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited.

 
 

To be valid, all proxy forms must be completed and deposited with the Secretary, Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited, at Republic House, Grand Anse, St. George, Grenada or emailed to mdsec@republicgrenada.com at least 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the Meeting or adjourning the Meeting.
