Naomi E. De Allie is a career banker with a wealth of experience in commercial credit, corporate credit and risk management streams, gathered over her twenty-five years with the Group. Naomi, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK, holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Financial Services, and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of London. For the past 3 years, she held the position of General Manager – Credit & Enterprise Risk at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited. Before her secondment to Barbados, she served as General Manger – Credit, at Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited for 5 years.

Ms. Hem Lee is a qualified and experienced Credit Risk Manager, with over 18 years’ service at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Society of Management Accountants, Nova Scotia, Canada. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management (First Class Honours) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.
Ms. Hem Lee previously held the position of Manager - Corporate Credit at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited for twelve (12) years, before moving to Branch Management.

Mavis H. Mc Burnie holds an MBA and an Executive Diploma (with distinction) in Management from the University of the West Indies. She is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers and is AMLC certified. During her 21 years of service with the Bank, along with other positions, Mavis held the position of Manager - Compliance effective July 1 2014, which was later expanded to include the management of the Enterprise Risk Unit. In March 2021, Mavis became a Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, Trainer and Speaker.

She is a graduate of The University of the West Indies (UWI), the Heriot Watt University of Edinburgh, a Certified Internal Auditor and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Banking (ACIB).

Mr. Juan Bailey has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors across the English-speaking Caribbean, focusing on ICT, tertiary education, telecommunications, and FMCG industries. He is currently the CEO of Peter & Company Distribution in St. Lucia and formerly served as CEO of Independence Agencies Limited. His past roles include Regional Sales Director at Cable & Wireless Communications, overseeing B2B sales strategies in multiple Caribbean countries, and Information Systems Manager at the Caribbean Knowledge & Learning Network (CKLN). Juan has also been an IT consultant for various projects in the Caribbean, Belize, and Canada.
Juan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester, a B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is an alumnus of Presentation Brothers' College.
Barry Collymore

Barry Collymore is the Owner and Executive Chairman of Mount Cinnamon Beach Resort, an award-winning hotel located on Grenada's world-famous Grand Anse Beach. He is a Director and Partner of West Indies Management Company, a company involved in tourism and business development projects in Grenada and the wider Caribbean. Mr. Collymore is also a Director and Co-founder of the West Indies School of Hospitality (WISH). WISH has provided over 1500 E Cornell scholarships to hospitality workers in Grenada and the Caribbean.
He is a former Press Secretary to the Prime Minister of Grenada, Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of St. George’s University and Assistant Professor. He is also a past CEO of GRENREAL Property Corporation. Mr. Collymore also served as Chairman or a Director on several boards, including the Grenada Tourism Authority and Savvy Grenada group, the company which built, owned and managed Grenada’s largest marina development, Port Louis, Mount Cinnamon hotel and Mount Edgecombe plantation.
Mr. Collymore has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of the West Indies, Mona campus and a Master of Science Degree in Management, from Loughborough University, UK. He is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada

Having served at the World Bank in Washington DC, Dr. Angus Friday is an international island economy development specialist, helping to finance island nations by developing their SMEs and sustainably harnessing their ocean and coastal assets. A qualified medical doctor with a Masters of Business Administration degree, Dr. Friday represented Grenada internationally as its Ambassador to the United Nations, the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Organization of American States. He served at the World Bank as the Bank’s Oceans Representative for the institution’s $1.2 billion ocean-related portfolio. He currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Director, building on his prior role as Blue Economy Director at the San Diego based Waitt Institute.
Christopher Husbands

Christopher Husbands is the General Manager of the National Water and Sewerage Authority, a position he has held since 2008. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Toronto, a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of the West Indies. Other areas of training include Multi-Hazard Building Designs, Budgeting in the Private Sector and Advanced Negotiations.
Mr. Husbands is also the Deputy Chairman of the Grenada Airports Authority, the Vice President of the Caribbean Water and Sewerage Association and is a member of the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association and the Grenada Institute of Professional Engineers.
Marsha McLeod-Marshall

Marsha Mc Leod-Marshall, General Manager, Planning and Financial Control; Chief Financial Officer, Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL), is a certified Chartered Accountant with more than a decade of financial analytical experience at the senior level within the Group. She has served the Group in a range of different capacities, including Senior Financial Analyst, Group Finance Manager, Senior Manager – Finance and General Manager, Group Enterprise Risk, before being appointed to her current position in October 2019.
During the course of her career, Mrs. Mc Leod-Marshall was responsible for overseeing the integrity of the financial, management, and regulatory reporting functions of RFHL and its subsidiaries, including preparation of the Group’s financial statements, strategic plan and budget, management of all financial and regulatory audits of the RFHL and its subsidiaries, financial analysis, and Group adherence to all accounting standards and regulatory requirements as outlined in the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the Financial Institutions Act, the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago regulations, and the Corporation Tax Act.
David Robinson

David Robinson is the General Manager of Group Treasury, Republic Bank Limited. With over 25 years’ experience within the financial sector, he possesses in-depth knowledge of the domestic and international money and capital markets, and is a seasoned professional in portfolio management, pension fund administration and insurance products.
Mr. Robinson is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and completed the Advance Management Program at the University of Columbia, New York. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from the University of Waterloo and a Master of Business Administration (Executive) with Distinction from the University of the West Indies.

Ms. Leslie-Ann Seon is the holder of a Bachelor of Arts and a
Bachelor of Laws, both with Honours from The University of the
West Indies. She also has a Legal Education Certificate from the
Hugh Wooding Law School. She has been admitted to practice at
the Bars of Grenada, Barbados, and the British Virgin Islands and has
been practicing for 22 years and she has worked extensively with
regional and international law firms as Grenada Counsel for major
regional and international corporate commercial transactions, and
multi-jurisdictional insolvency work.
Ms. Seon is a former Deputy Chairman of the Grenada Airports
Authority, and served as the President of the Senate of Grenada.
She is the former Chairman of Child Welfare Authority, and a
former director on the Board of Directors of the Grenada Chamber
of Industry and Commerce.
