Here are the changes to your deposit account-Corporate

Conversion Header

Dear Valued Customer,
We’re getting closer to bringing you a new Business banking experience with the conversion to Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s technology platforms.

Here are some changes you can expect when the systems go live on November 1, 2022.

New Business account number: You will receive a new 12-digit Business account number. We encourage you to advise any stakeholder with whom you regularly conduct banking transactions, of the new account number and also the effective date.

If you do not receive this by September 30, 2022, please contact your Relationship Manager or Branch for the details.

Point of Sale Equipment: All point-of-sale machines will remain the same.

Point of Sale Transactions: If you receive payments from customers via a point-of-sale terminal, please remind them that they will now be prompted to select their Account Type (Chequing or Savings) before completing their over-the-counter transaction.

Processing and layout of cheques: If you usually order cheque books from your branch, you will receive one free cheque book with 99 leaves at no cost to you.
• You can continue to use your current stock of cheques until October 31, 2022.
• Cheques issued before and up to October 31, 2022 will be honoured for six months thereafter.
• As far as possible we suggest that you do not overstock your cheques (order just enough) before November 1, 2022.
• In the event that you require additional cheques prior to November 1, 2022, please contact your branch.
• On November 1, 2022, you should discontinue use of AND destroy your old stock of cheques and utilise your new cheque books.

If you print externally, please advise your Relationship Manager as soon as possible, so we can provide the new layout and specifications for your printers.

Change in layout of account statements: The information on your deposit, credit card and e-statements remain the same, but the layout will change.

As we work towards the final stages of the conversion, we remain committed to delivering a new Business banking experience, with as little disruption to you as possible. Thank you for your patience, understanding and most of all your support.
