What will happen to my e-statement history when the conversion takes place?

Your current e-statement history will be available on your online banking application up until the conversion.
We recommend downloading and saving all statements for your records. On our website we will provide a step by step guide on how to download and save your statements.
After the conversion, your e-statement history can be accessed by making a service request at your branch.

Your statement layout will differ from that which you have become accustomed, but your information and the statement content will remain the same.
